Finally, for the first time ever, I have done a Christmas layout. This year, after finally managing to get some nice Christmas photo's, I'm looking forward to scrapping them. So far this is my first page, a montage with a photo from each day of my photography course.
I like the page. I wanted to go for a more contemporary Christmas page and not stick to the traditional green and red, I think I succeeded it that!!
I've made it quite a dimensional page, it needed it as the photo montage was arranged on the computer and printed, so it was all flat. I've been trying to develop my style recently, I see so many layouts on fabulous blogs that I really wish I could do. I've noticed a common theme, busy and very dimensional, I've tried to copy this style but can't. So I've decided, as I know many other scrappers do, your own style is the best and most comfortable way to scrap. :)
Do you like my Christmas tree? I was looking through my digi elements trying to see if there were any elements I could use as hybrids and saw this. Instead of printing it out, I decided to make my own Christmas tree in this style, and it's definitely something I'll make again. My lettering each has the title of a module of my Christmas photography course. Very conveniently there were 12 letters/digits in my title and 12 days/modules of the course.
The modules are in the correct order as you read through the title, and each title corresponds to the number on the photo I took that day.
It was great fun scrapping all of my Christmas photos. We bought a lovely Christmas paper pad at the weekend as we really lacked in any Christmas papers, so hopefully I'll manage some more Christmas layouts, some more traditional maybe.
Bye for now, and thanks for looking :)

Fantastic LO Hannah. Love it all, especially where you've written the module titles on the letters - very creative!
